What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Packages start at just $750. From there, we work with you to create a customized solution tailored to the size of your event, bringing your unique vision to life! As with all dry hire mobile bar services in Florida, the host is responsible for supplying the alcohol. This approach not only reduces overall costs, but it also allows you to create a exclusive, open bar experience for your guests at the most affordable rate. Not to worry ~ we will be there for you every step of the way! From helping you create a signature drink menu, to calculating your alcohol needs and providing a detailed shopping list. You’ll be able to relax knowing every detail will be covered!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All bartenders are TIPS Certified and trained to ensure responsible alcohol service, promote professionalism, and enhance customer service skills.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Originally from Minnesota, I've called a few different places home—including Arkansas and even Mexico. With a heart that craves adventure and a love for bringing people together, travel and entertaining have always been part of who I am. Whether I’m dog sledding in Alaska or in a helicopter above the Gulf of Mexico, learning to play the piano, or finally mastering a dance move or two, I believe life is best lived in motion. That being said, life rarely unfolds exactly as we expect. Sometimes, the path we choose takes an unexpected turn—my own journey took one such detour that landed me in Florida. It was here, in the midst of change and new beginnings, that The Detour | Mobile Bar Co. was born. Fueled by a passion for creating memorable experiences and a belief in celebrating the moment, The Detour | Mobile Bar Co. is more than just a business — it’s a reflection of every twist, turn, and adventure along the way. I’m grateful to be doing what I love, supported by an amazing team, and honored to be part of so many special occasions.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mobile bartending service is used for endless occasions: Grand Openings, Ladies Nights, Sip-n-Sample, Weddings, Funerals, Baby Showers, Gala Events, Bridal Showers, Backyard BBQ's, Fundraisers, Anniversary Parties ... you name it!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Everyone has a budget for their event, but don't just look at the dollar figure. What value is the vendor providing to you? Does their work vibe with your event? Do you click with them as a person?
