What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each package is different. If you just need a bartender and not cups, mixers, or napkins are needed it is a flat fee of $180 up to 60ppl. That is for up to 20miles from 32765. Additional fees for further. If you need mixers, disposable cups etc prices start at 550. We also offer mocktail bars and hydration stations. We have standard and enhanced portable bars. Gratuity is not included in Pricing. Please remember the "bartender only package" means you have everything you need except our amazing service to make your event Shine!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We discuss your vision for your day in our initial Consultation and make sure you have a stress free & amazing event!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our bartenders are certified TIPS bartenders and SafeServ. All packages come with our General and Liquor Liability insurance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My team and I have worked in the restaurant and bar industry for over 15 years! We wanted to take that knowledge and expertise to make all events special and memorable. Of course a lot of fun too!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would make sure the bartender has all the necessities you need for your event. I would also have an initial consultation to make sure their vibe and brand matches the vision you have. At Sunshine Pours we pride ourselves in making every event tailored to your request.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Most important questions: Is there an existing bar on site. Is there access to ice. Do you need the bartender to provide mixers, napkins, cups, straws, garnishes, or decor? How many people are coming and will there be kids? Will you be serving additional drinks?
