Introduction

Be our guest and let us take care of the rest. We are experienced professionals who consistently deliver top-notch service. We are genuine, personable, and dedicated to making sure your special celebration is everything you want it to be. We want you and your guests to enjoy this special day and the company of one another. We each have over 15 years of industry experience bartending at restaurants, for catering companies, for large-scale events, small intimate gatherings, formal galas, casual get-togethers, and everything in-between. We are certified in safely and responsibly handling alcohol and food. We also follow the CDC guidelines of protection and sanitation, doing everything possible to ensure you and your guests are safe and feel comfortable. When hired, we are here for you every step of the way. We understand that you have a million things to think about so let us help. We mix and pour delicious cocktails. We love to get creative, suggesting signature cocktail menus that will match your theme and wow your guests is one of our favorite things to do. We know figuring out brands and quantities of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers can be difficult, we are here to assist if you would like. For under 130 guests, we send one bartender and for anything over 130 guests, we send two. We understand plans can change and unexpected things happen that is why we stay flexible and so do our prices, we have no problem doing what we can to help you save. Depending on the size and duration of the event we add a half-hour to an hour at the beginning and end for setup and breakdown, at no additional cost to you. Let's connect to share with you what else our services include. We look forward to working with you.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My prices listed are general pricing. Once I know your budget and more details of your event I can give you a more accurate quote. I am happy to adjust as needed working together with you to get to where we need to be. I am currently offering some specials that I would be happy to discuss with you as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to go over exactly what the customer is providing and exactly what is expected to be provided by me so that I am able to provide an accurate price. Then I typically like to meet the customer at the venue where the event will be at. I am also okay with meeting via video using Facebook messenger or Google duo. I like to put a face to a name and also to see where I will be setting up so I can plan accordingly. I then have a quick agreement written up that states in writing what is expected from the customer and myself that we both sign and get a copy of. Once the agreement is signed I like to get a deposit to reserve the date. Once the deposit is received then we can start the fun part. We can collaborate and plan out any specialty drinks or a themed drink menu. Also, we can go over the quantity of alcohol and mixers needed as well as any additional things to help make sure all details are covered. Once hired, I am here for you from start to finish, and even after so feel free to email or text at any time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I hold a certification as a Responsible Vendor of Alcohol and Safe Food Handler in the state of Florida. I also hold a certification stating I understand and abide by the new COVID standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have been in the hospitality industry since I was 15yrs old. From Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Miami, and Orlando I have worked as a hostess, server, caterer, bartender, bar manager, event planner, private event bartender, and event venue owner. Currently, I am bartending at a local restaurant and bar and getting back into bartending private events and parties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all kinds of customers. I adapt well to any environment I am in. From formal to casual, to elaborate and simple, from high profile and elite and everything inbetween, I remain professional and friendly, treating everyone with the same genuine, dedicated, quality service that everyone deserves.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
An event I am fond of is a 20th anniversary party I did for a very sweet couple at a private home with about 65 people. It was a 5 hour semi-formal event, full bar, signature drink menu with 3 cocktails, and fun garnishes. It took us 4 meetings. The first meeting was to put a face to the name, see where I will be setting up and brainstorm. The next meeting was to finalize the details of the signature drink menu. The third meeting was to go over quanities of the alcohol and mixers needed. The final meeting was to go over final guest count, and any last minute needs, or wants before the event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure they ask you questions and give you dedicated time. You will know by the questions asked if the bartender has experience or not.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I would suggest having a budget in mind and also being clear on your expectations, on what you plan on providing, and what you want them to provide.
