We both worked in the Service industry since we were 16, worked our way up from hosting, To-Go, Quality Assurance in the kitchen, serving to Bartending.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your provider is not only there to make money (and sell you something!), but they are there to make your experience the best one yet and because its their passion!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do they require a deposit fee, if so are they refundable. Will they be providing the alcohol or do they need to bring it, will there be a contract to sign, how many years of experience does that person have, how they would handle a upset guest at your event.
