What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My price includes travel, tools, portable bars, some syrups , some garnishes,lemon juice and mint.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will ask if the costumer would like to get a personalized menu , but I actually suggest to buy the liquor and juices you like the most and then let me do the magic!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a certified sommelier , I graduated at the Miami Dade college in Hospitality and business administration, I have more than 20 years of experience working in this industry between Europe and the US

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in Europe more than twenty years ago. I got certified as a Sommelier in 2010 and I attended various bartending courses. My background is not only bar and restaurants but luxury hotels too.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Private parties, high profile restaurants, luxury hotels, mom and pop places, clubs

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ice is underestimated, but for cocktails is the most important thing so I suggest to buy it from an ice service company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Budget is key
