What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am very reasonably priced. It depends on the location and type of event or party.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When dealing with a new client, I will offer to meet you if needed, otherwise we can have a phone conversation on exactly what the needs and intentions are for the client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been bartending and serving special events and private parties for over 30 years as a second income. There is not much I have not seen or experienced within those years. I understand that every situation is different and I am able to adapt to the needs of each individual.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I bought my own bar when I was 20 years old. I had some friends in the business and they got me started on catering in the city of Chicago. My bar was in the suburbs of Chicago. We did a ton of events at my bar and also continued to work for the upscale corporations and families throughout the Chicago area. I am currently living in Bonita Springs for 8 years now.

Make sure they have references and experience.
