What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My rates are based off of how long you will need my bartending services for, where is your event at and mileage as well as headcount. I am a 18yr experienced bartender that is licensed and server seller certified so my rates will reflect that but I’m open at times to give discounted rates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introducing my self and my experience for my bartending. Give them some background on me. Show pictures of different events and people that I have bartended for. Get some background on them as well. I always make sure I have a clear understanding of their wants and needs. Then I will match my information with what I and the customer has previously discussed so that my bar services will run smoothly, timely and as requested to do by my client.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 19 yrs of bartending experience. I am a BARTENDING SERVICE BUSINESS OWNER who is LICENSED IN 6 states NY, NJ, GA, CA, PA, and FL. I’m INSURED and SERVER SELLER CERTIFIED. I also SPECIALIZE IN MOCKTAIL( non-alcoholic drinks)I’ve worked all types of events and have done business with all types of corporate private businesses parties, baby showers, weddings, entertainment bartending (clubs, lounges) sweet 16 non-alcoholic parties and special private events etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at the age of 21. I was a waitress that became very popular and had a awesome clientele base. However I was more interested in bartending. I was completely put on a bar one night unexpectedly and never stopped bartending since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

CEO, ENTREPRENEURS, CLUB OWNERS, PRIVATE CUSTOMERS, PROMOTERS AND EVENT PLANNERS ETC.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just bartended an 54th birthday party. One side of the room was completely decorated in a casino theme and the other side of the room was a MOCKTAIL (Non-Alcoholic Drinks) party for a 4 year old. Her side of the room theme was carnival based with a bounce house. In my 18 years of bartending Ive never done a MOCKTAIL and COCKTAIL party together. I will never forget this awesome event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you focus on the bartenders STAR RATING and their REVIEWS.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Know exactly what they want to ask. Ask as many questions as possible so that they have a clear understanding of what they want to know. Definitely make sure that after conversations everybody in that conversation is on the same page.
