Tipsy Coastal Gypsy is here to bring the bar to you and craft unforgettable experiences, whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering, a lively office party, or a rustic wedding celebration. We specialize in transforming any occasion into something truly memorable with custom cocktails, impeccable service, and a fun, laid-back vibe that’ll keep your guests talking long after the event is over. With over 12 years of bartending experience, I’m passionate about more than just mixing drinks. I believe in creating moments — from smoky Old Fashioneds to custom drinks made just for you, I’ll work with you to build a drink menu that reflects your unique style and vision. We’re a family-owned mobile bar business, and we pride ourselves on providing a full bar experience that’s personalized to fit your needs. Whether you need a simple stand-alone bar setup or something more elaborate with custom cocktails, decor, and themed touches, we’ve got you covered. Plus, keep an eye out for our upcoming rustic mobile bar trailer launching sometime soon into 2025, perfect for adding a vintage charm to weddings and outdoor events. Let us handle the drinks while you enjoy the celebration. Cheers to creating unforgettable moments with Tipsy Coastal Gypsy! 🍸

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We do offer military discounts and have a mock invoice on our main page under photos.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I love to get to know their personalities over a phone call or in person meet up to talk about their vision and menu creation but what I typically see is an inquiry with a uncertain idea of the process followed up by an invoice that entices a conversation. This is a very intimate and exciting booking, especially for weddings so I feel it’s best to get to know the customer first hand to provide their ideal experience!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have bartended in high quality bars with high volume all over the world. Mexico and Hawaii to name a few. I started in 2014 and never looked back. I also have my bachelors in psychology and masters in business management. They go hand in hand in the bar industry!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I moved to Pensacola from Maui where I was opening a speakeasy on Oahu and a yacht bar in Kihei. Quickly that changed once we had a family emergency that caused us to head to the mainland. Prior to this my grandfather and my mother owned many bars.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Shop around, find what fits with what you are wanting and most importantly understand that price reflects quality most times. Do not be afraid to peel back the layers and see what you’re really paying for! If it’s too good to be true, it probably is!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What kind of experience am I looking for? Do I want to go all out or be realistic within my budget?
