What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our package pricing begins at $275. For every event, we will customize according to our clients' specific wants and requests.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process begins with a consultation (via phone, zoom, email or in person). During that consultation, the Belles of the Bar will listen to the client to determine the best package for their wedding, party or event. We will then send out a proposal and start planning for the big day! The day of the event, we will arrive up to two hours prior to the start time to set up.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our bartenders are Safe Served Certified and Trained, and have at least five years of bartending experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The founders of Belles of the Bar have over 20 years bartending experience combined. They started by helping a friend organize a corporate event, and realized there were very few bar services in the area. So what they did, was start their very own!

What types of customers have you worked with?

The Belles of the Bar mobile bartending service has worked with a wide array of clients! Backyard pool parties, children's birthday parties, graduation parties, yacht parties, corporate events, weddings, Super Bowl parties, tailgates, vow renewals, charity events, and golf tournaments.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project we are fond of was a corporate party of 500 guests! It was a blast planning it! They added our cigar package, as well!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advise we would give is to hire a company who shows professionalism, great customer service and plenty of experience. Make sure they have an insurance policy. Make sure they are friendly, on time, and creative.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Questions customers should think about: Is the company insured? Can they request custom cocktails? Do we need more than one bartender? Will a bar be included? Will the Belles provide, ice, cups, napkins, straws, mixers and garnishes? How many hours of service do the Belles of the Bar provide? Up to how many people with the Belles serve?
