What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on the details of your event. Bartending packages start at $300 for 3 hours of service for up to 50 guests, including setup, cleanup, professional bartending, supplies, and a custom drink menu. Additional bartenders, bar rentals, glassware, and supplies (cups, ice, mixers, garnishes) are available upon request for an added fee. Travel fees may apply for events outside our service area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free. Once you reach out with your event details, we’ll discuss your vision and provide a customized quote. To secure your date, a signed agreement and deposit are required. As we finalize the details, we’ll confirm your drink menu, setup needs, and any add-ons. On the event day, we arrive early for setup, provide exceptional bartending service, and handle cleanup so you can enjoy your celebration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Sip'n Style we are TIPS Certified & Food Handler Safe in the state of Florida. We also have General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Creating beautiful concoctions for guests have always been a passion of mine. After working in the hospitality industry, I saw a need for high-quality, personalized mobile bartending services for private events. That’s when I started Sip’n Style—to bring professional, seamless, and stylish bartending to weddings, parties, corporate events, and more.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including brides and grooms, corporate event planners, party hosts, and those celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. From intimate gatherings to large-scale weddings and high-end corporate events, I tailor my services to fit each client’s unique needs, ensuring a polished and unforgettable bartending experience.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my favorite recent events was a beautiful wedding where we provided full bartending service for 150 guests. The couple wanted a sophisticated cocktail experience, so we curated a custom drink menu featuring signature his-and-hers cocktails. We also provided two bar setups, 300 pieces of glassware, and all the necessary supplies except alcohol. The planning process took a few weeks, from finalizing the menu to coordinating logistics, and the event itself lasted about five hours, including setup and breakdown. Seeing the guests enjoy the drinks and the couple thrilled with the service made it an unforgettable experience!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
