What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$40.00 per hour for top quality, professional wait staff.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Immediately identify all of the details of the event/party and needs of the client. Build a good rapport with client to gain their confidence in my services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Nearly 10 years of experience in wait staff & bartending. I also have a good background in food assembly/preparation (platters, charcuterie boards). Also, as an insurance defense paralegal for nearly 30 years, I am very comfortable interacting and communicating with people on a most professional level.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working with a high school friend throughout the years, I realized it is a true passion of mine, so I decided to launch my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love creating Charcuterie boards. So fun to create, and they really make a such statement at parties !
