Please note, I do not provide alcohol to an event nor can I sell it. I can only serve it with you providing it. With over thirty-seven years in the hospitality industry, I strive to not only meet but exceed my clients' expectations. Whether it's a small intimate gathering for 20 or a large wedding for 200, FTS Hospitality has you covered. We provide bartending, event servers, and host/hostesses (MCs) for your event. We take pride in delivering a Finely Tailored Service for your event. We help you select signature cocktails that I have created. We are licensed and insured. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is based on the number of hours to be worked, the number of guests at the event and other details of the event (i.e. travel, specific requests)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet with my clients in person if possible prior to the event. I can either travel to their location or we can meet at a dedicated place. I like to take note of my clients expectations and what I can do to help make their event memorable. If it's not possible to meet in person a Zoom, Teams or telephone call is also an option.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have TIPS Certified and also certified to serve alcohol at event venues. I have over 35 years of experience having worked as a bartender, server, hostess and manager. I am also a trained public speaker and comfortable in social situations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I stated when I started 18 years old working as a hostess at El Chico Mexican restaurant in Destin, Florida from there I worked my way up to server then bartender and even worked as a restaurant manager for a short time. I have worked from fine dining to busy beach side tourist locations to 4 star hotels to private caterers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked at wedding venues, private residences for birthday parties, Christmas parties, Passover celebrations, Thanksgiving Day dinners. I always strive to not only meet but exceed my client's expectations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently helped serve at a Passover celebration. My first ever and it was delightful. The hostess and her family were so helpful and friendly. I arrived at 6 p.m. helped serve the food, wine and cleaned up afterwards. The event took about 4.5 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You don't have to know everything you plan to do at your event. That's why you are hiring an expert. I am here to help you plan your event so it goes on beautifully.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Each client is different so that's why I like to meet with mine in person (or virtually) to get a feel for how they want their event to be planned. Together we can make it come together magically.
