How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I’m still here because I love to provide extraordinary service as well as craft cocktails.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all kinds a people. Some know exactly what they want, what kind of drinks they want serve to people who just want me to take care of everything for the “Stress Free Experience” I like to call it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I did a 2 day bartending event. It started as a Casino Party the night before then to a amusement park the next day. They had everything you could think of from food trucks, movie screens, water slides, arcade truck, and fireworks. It was a really good event and they already booked me for another event next year.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you know what is included when you hire a bartender. Because when you book a bartender you are only paying for that person or persons time. Anything outside of that like cups, orange juice, ice, liqour, straws for example are extra fees associated with that. With my price you are already getting fresh fruit garnishes and purées along with homemade Sour mix. I also provide basic liqueurs like triple sec and peach schnapps.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
You should think about your total budget and know exactly what you are paying for when hiring a bartender for their services.
