I understand that events can be stressful and take a lot of energy. My focus is to help eliminate some stress of your event and do the projects that you find too time consuming so you can focus on the fun part! I started coordinating weddings and parties in my 20s on weekends as a side job. Then I was an Event Planner and Coordinator in the corporate world for 7 years when I decided to start my business over 3 years ago.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will work with any budget. I will provide options that will allow you to pick price points. .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial phone meeting for introductions and to set up a meeting place and time. In person meeting with guided questions to get to know you and your event. Follow up emails or phone calls for updates. I am available anytime for questions or concerns Meetings as needed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started planning family bridal and baby showers and weddings. I was hired by a financial firm to plan corporate events, meetings and parties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Corporations. couples, brides, and individuals to plan and coordinate their events

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I planned and coordinated a backyard luau. I met with the clients twice for planning and finalizing details. It took a month to plan, prep and I provided day of coordination. Duties included ordering the catering, decor, party favors and activities.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be as detailed as possible with what you want your event to look like and be upfront and honest with your expectations and budget.

Budget, possible dates, and expectations of the event.
