We are here to save you money. Depending on a venue or a City/Village/Town requirement, we work with you to provide as much or as little service as you may need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Information is usually sent in through a Questionnaire , then confirmed, and then a meeting set up via Zoom, in person, or call.in-person meeting to discuss any specifics or special needs for your event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Decades as a business owner & 30+ years in the overall business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Natural progression from someone involved in the industry, to a person who mastered the skills and employed others to not only help in the process, but have fun in the process.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our customers range from those on tight timelines and budgets, to large gatherings with elaborate designs and ideas. We enjoy a good challenge.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If the business simply gives you a price without asking some detailed questions, it's the wrong vendor. Find someone who is interested in YOUR event, whatever it may be.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Convey as many wants. needs and questions as possible. If you simply ask for a price, without giving all of the different aspects of your event, be prepared for changes in prices, rentals, and other important details.
