What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices reflects for both of us including setup, travel, clean up. We will consult the client on choosing liquor and drinks and the amount for according to the number of guest attending. Note we are flexible and open to discussion. Also we do not provide liquor. We can provide disposable cups, garish, stirrer, garish and ice if needed for additional surcharge. Also we work a minimum of 3 for our services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first like to have a detailed discussion to make sure your needs and expectations are meet.First, we request the new customer to complete a questionnaire to get all the details for the event. After we reviewed the questionnaire , we do a phone consultation to discuss and refine the details are listed on the questionnaire. Last, R & B will meet with the customers to discuss the details of the event to ensure accuracy and refine any last minutes changes to make sure the event runs smoothly. Started off catering with Louisiana Bayou Bistro, Ashley Manor, Southern Events, Heirloom Cuisine and Antonia Plantations as servers and bartenders.

Corporate, industrial, church groups, Bachelorette/Bachelor parties, anniversary parties, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, Community based organizations, country clubs, health care facilities, individuals, weddings, holiday parties.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To make sure that they have the appropriate and valid licenses to bartend in that their area and also have Safe Serve certification.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Location and Time of the event? What type of service you looking for speciality drinks, simple beverages that you want to be serve? How many guest? Is it a casual or formal event? What kind of setup/ floor plan is the event? Will the bar need to be stock and prepped prior to the event or will the service be already setup? Meet where the event is to be held prior to the event to discuss details.
