What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communicate as much as necessary prior to event in order to ensure that the customer is 110% confident and satisfied with services planned.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

ABC certified with 10 years in public bartending services and now 3 in private bartending services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had been bartending with public venues for a while and was introduced to the private event scene by bartending for a clients wedding. What started as a hobby grew in to a business that has gone above and beyond my expectations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Special Events Bartending has provided bar service for weddings, birthday parties, office parties, fundraising events, and so much more. In addition to bartending services my staff and I offer the option to help with basic setup and service of events. We have worked with multiple caterers and hosts to provide excellent service and guest satisfaction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent event was at Silvermoon on Broad in Texarkana TX. I was contracted to handle the bar service and worked one on one with the bride and groom. The wedding and guests were amazing. We had a wonderful night working and helping the clients celebrate such a special day. I'm fortunate that each and every event is unique and a joy in its own way. Its hard to describe one project I am fond of when I genuinely enjoy every single one.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Research and speak to the provider in detail in what you are wanting and expecting. Communication is key in finding the right fit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do not be shy to be picky. Go in to great detail in what you are wanting and picturing for your project. The more information you can provide in what you are expecting the more likely you are to have that and more by the provider. The more questions the better, both for the customer and provider, leave no stone unturned. :)
