My passion for offering quality service to hosts and guests and knowledge of wines, beer and liquor allow me to bring an enjoyable atmosphere to any event. Large catering firms offer great venues for food. However, for individual bar service my experience and creativity offer a seamless situation and immediate response to any changing need for the host. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each one is different. There is a minimum. 50 mile travel distance each way.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Listen, ask questions, need to have a seamless event from the Bar perspective so host has no worries about this one aspect of their Event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Reading, internet, travel. Education 20 years experience in .M.B.A. Human Resources in Silicon Valley. Staffing Manager for many high-tech firms. This role always had me interacting with people and my education alone from that was priceless.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad owned a restaurant in Manhattan.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Young, middle age, older..I enjoy interaction with all my hosts and their guests.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I enjoy discussing what they want from me. I then offer ideas and/or changes and want them to understand that I will accommodate their needs. Always speak to the person you might hire. This gives you an opportunity to gauge their professionalism, sense of humor and knowledge about setting up and bar(wine knowledge,liquor etc.)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I am serious about what I do. Good at my job and have fun conversations with people. No more than 50 miles each way.
