What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A. Client reaches out via website, phone call or in person. B. Event Manager schedules a call to discuss services with client. C. Clients agrees to proceed with contract. D. Event Manager sends a term contract to client. E. Client accepts services on the contract and submits the deposit F. Event Manager begins to reach out to vendors and prepare for the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelor’s in Business Management, Master’s in Public Health from Northeastern University and over 15 years of project management, design and organizational skills.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2019, after implementing projects focused on organizational skills for over 15 years in the private and non-profit sectors, I founded Socialite by Design where I use my project management skills to plan, execute a wide range of events such as spa parties, botox parties, wine tastings, designer exchange event, boho brunch and game night, weddings and corporate events.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers interested in wedding plan and design. Customers interested in corporate events, fundraising galas, private events at home with bartender, and/ or waitstaff.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our team and I planned a beautiful wedding at the Hammond Castel in Gloucester and it was like a fairy tale wedding!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's important that you enjoy the personality of the vendor that you end up working with.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Event date, number of guests and experience that they are looking to get from the event.
