Introduction

My attention to detail, extreme cleanliness and organization skills separate me from the rest, and I will put your mind at ease and allow you to enjoy your event. The first step I like to do is to schedule a phone consult or even better a meet and greet to check out the space and discuss the best areas for the bar flow to be set up. This also gives us a chance to get to know one another and for me to make sure all your concerns are addressed and that I am a good fit for your event, that is important when hiring someone to come into your home and to entertain your friends and family. I will work with my clients to provide them with a complete "shopping list" to include quantities, brand name suggestions and bottle sizes, down to the quantity of ice needed. I pride myself on making the bar part of your event worry free, once I am hired I take the ball and run with it!!!! I enjoy seeing my clients enjoy their events and I love being partly responsible for that. I will consult with my cients to determine the design and decor of their bar. Bar will be elevated to "bar height" 42inches. Upscale matching linens, matching decor as well as lighting. I do spend a lot of time on my set up and inter twining your décor into the bar set up, so we must have access to the venue 3 hours prior to the start time of your event. Plastic elegant drinkware for cocktails and wine, napkins, straws, linen, coolers, tables and so much more!! If you have any questions or need any suggestions please feel free to contact me at any time. I enjoy in the assisting and planning of the event and I take a lot of pride in my events. Let F&Btainment come out and entertain your guests and allow YOU to enjoy your event Regards Daniel C Galloway Owner/Operator

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I like to look at the whole event and based on the details I come up with a set amount. It's just a lot easier for everyone to know what is going to be the total before even starting.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
A phone conversation is a must but even better I love to do a meet and greet to iron out all the small details, if it's anything the military taught me it is "attention to detail"

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
My attention to detail has come from my military training. I have worked in the field for over 25years and i still do today. I love the interactin with the people and it keeps me up to date on the most popular cocktails and wine. I am T.I.P.S. and T.A.M. certified through the State of Maryland to insure safe serving of alcohol.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was bartending in a restaurant and I decided to change job fields and Istarted doing some wedding bartending and a friend turned me on to Thumbtack and I built my profile and i got my first hire and i have just built on that from here. I get a lot of referrals and a lot of repeat business from clients, which makes me feel like i am doing a good job and providing excellent customer service!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have done 300 person weddings to 25 people coctail parties, there is no event too small or too large. I have done events for people that have never hired a bartender, and i enjoy those the most. It allows me to showcase my talents and make the "First timers a Repeat Client!!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I reccently did a "Cinco De Mayo" event that was an 15 year annual affair for the client, i was able to jump in and match her enthusiasm and create a fabulious event, Hopefully it will be an annual affair for F

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I understand how this may be very intimidating or stressful. I think a meet and greet is a top priority because you will know right away if the person is a good fit for your occasion by the type of answers they give you and questions they ask. If they hit a lot of your worry points then they should be a good fit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How many People will you be entertaining? Time Frame for the Event? Theme of your event? What Kind of Bar do you wish to have? (full, semi full, beer and wine only)
