The client would provide the alcohol while we provide an exceptional bartending experience and a complimentary beverage consultation to help estimate exactly how much alcohol to purchase based upon the guest count. Once we receive the event location details, we provide the client with a Liquor Liability Insurance coverage certificate of $1 million dollars with blanket coverage, which is apart of our Thumbtack quotes, at no additional charge to you. Our staff will arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time to set up and will ensure that the bar area is cleaned up before we contracted to leave. Events will not have a required minimum amount of hours. We bartend weddings, corporate/business events, festivals, birthday parties and private events. Our bartending services will make your gathering elegant and unforgettable.

This isn't the most recent event, but we wanted to highlight an event that we did for Chazin Interiors where our professional bar with lighting was customized for their event. The decal with their logo and event text was placed on the front panel of the bar and then we had the custom bar lighting setup to transition from green, to red and white. Their clients loved it and wanted us to bartend their event and create a similar setup.

The guest count will determine how many bartenders are needed and would also determine the cost if choosing from our other services as well. For example.. Bar Supplies & Mixers Package Options 1. Limited Disposable Service… Disposable cups (9oz. & 12oz.), bar straws and beverage napkins. 2. Full Disposable Service… Disposable cups (9oz. & 12oz.), bar straws, beverage napkins, soda (regular & diet), tonic, club soda, orange juice, pineapple juice, ginger ale, 8 oz. water bottles, limes, lemons, cherries, olives and a beverage tub of the water bottles to sit out for guests.
