What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is usually by the hour. It includes time, travel, garnishes, bar set up and clean up as well as any additional services (shopping lists/ signature cocktails).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process is to identify the customer needs by doing a brief consultation. I am willing to help them come up with a shopping list and drink menu that fits their event. I hope to always exceed expectations with my customer service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I Graduated from bartending school on 2008.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started bartending when I couldn’t find employment fresh out of college. I really enjoy meeting new people and creative awesome cocktails for customers to enjoy.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a very diverse set of customers from corporate gatherings, to holiday events and house parties. I am happy to “raise the bar” for all clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just serviced a great holiday party. I helped the client come up with a shopping list and some signature drinks that fit the theme of their event. The cocktails were big hit and the client left me a great review.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is helpful to know how many guests you will have at your event. It is also good to have an idea of the type of drinks you would like to serve (ex. wine bar, blended drinks, cocktails).

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customer should have an idea of how many guests they are planning to serve, their budget and an I idea of some general beverages that fit their event.
