Introduction

We are experienced and highly professional. Our staff is friendly and personable and we will all work hard to make sure your event goes smoothly and without hassle!! We also have access to a Raw Bar, and multiple inflatables for parties. We can assist with rentals, and can help determine what you need to set up your bar. We are a lot of fun but get the job done!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try to have either my wife or myself work an event with a new client, but when that’s not possible we trust our staff to carry our goals and do a supreme job

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My wife and I went to bartending school in White Plains years ago... but frankly our experience and outgoing personalities are what really make us successful caterers/ bartenders it is why we have so many repeat customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been bartending over 20 years. We’ve been doing private parties and have also started catering

What types of customers have you worked with?

Fire departments, catering halls, mostly private homes, and horse farms.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We catered and bartended a rehearsal dinner in Larchmont recently and did a fantastic job. It was an all day event and our staff did an excellent job!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you give as many details about your event as possible. This way whoever is helping you can have information going into the job and will have less questions to ask during the event.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many guests they are expecting, if it’s paper /plastic, rentals or their own kitchenware, and if it’s indoors or outdoors.
