Hi there! We're The Wander Bar, a New England mobile bartending service. We specialize in bartending all kinds of events from weddings, corporate events, private parties, graduations, engagement events, holiday parties and more! We typically provide mobile bartending services out of our renovated Vintage Horse Trailer Bar but we also offer a portable table bar set up. We work with you to create the event bar service of your dreams! We also offer a variety of add-on services including hydration and tea & coffee stations, custom mocktails, brunch bar set ups and more! Some Bar Trailer dates are still available for 2026 Weddings ***Fully insured with both liquor and liability insurance for your peace of mind***

Our pricing is based on event size and duration.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to do a thorough consultation with our clients about what they're looking for in a bar service, then we come up with a plan to make it happen. We listen to you to make your bar service perfect.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a high-volume bartender for 7 years from everywhere including working in a Speakeasy, Fine Dining, Nightclubs and Music Festivals across the country. I am also TIPS alcohol safety certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in the service industry years ago when I began in a Speakeasy. From there, I fell in love with the industry and bartending in particular.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all kinds of customers for all kinds of events. From clients hosting DIY backyard weddings to clients who desire a high-end formal experience. No matter who you are or what you're celebrating, we're here for your bar needs!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did an event where we included the trailer outdoors as part of a Christmas Market event. We fully decked out our trailer like Santa's sleigh with lights and decorations and served a variety of specialty holiday beverages. The decorating and drink prep took several hours, but the excitement at the results was worth every minute!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look for a bartending service that has BOTH liquor and general liability insurance so you are protected for your event!!! Also look for someone who is personable and makes a good impression as they will be the person making an impression on your guests at your event. It's important to have a bartending service you can trust!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about how you want your bar service to look at your event. Think about drinks you'd like to include, how many guests you will have, how long the bar service should run, and think of any special requests or questions you may have.
