What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) number of guests, duration of event, types of drinks served, set-up/clean-up requirements, bar and/or glassware rentals, etc.
Cost to the host is reduced if a tip jar is permissible.
We likely have a solution for almost every budget. Just ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Discuss the theme of the party, expectations, and any/all questions
2) Assure the customer they are in excellent hands
3) Do more than is expected

I started serving drinks (non-alcoholic, of course) at street festivals when I was 14 years old.
Subsequently, I've been serving/organizing parties since the late 90's.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Past clients have ranged from engaged couples, to corporate executives, college students to senior citizens and everything in between.
Previous bartending experience includes birthday/holiday parties, weddings, pool parties, casino, special events, fairs, festivals, concerts, and more.
Venues have included homes, mansions, event spaces, backyards, hotel suites, nightclubs, and much more.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Two stand out.
(1) I helped a client celebrate her 21st birthday during her first visit to Las Vegas.
I believe I helped make it a very memorable experience for her.
(2) I helped a mom plan and execute a wedding for her 25-year old daughter. She was extremely nervous, but together we were able to make her daughter's day a very special one.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Bartending is about much more than just mixing and serving drinks. Your guests will remember their experience with the bartender, so you want to choose someone whose personality matches the experience you wish to create.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Will this bartender make my event more or less stressful?
Will their drink service be something I don't have to think about during the event?
Am I confident they can take care of their own needs as well as the guests?
Will this be someone my guests will like and find interesting?
Will this bartender definitely add value to my event (functionally and aesthetically), subtract from my event or remain neutral?
- If ADD, hire him/her!
- If NEUTRAL, acceptable if working for free
- If SUBTRACT, do not consider
