What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

From casual dining to multiple Michelin stars, I’ve worked in all facets of the industry, learning any skill and technique I could along the way.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was going to college and needed a job. So I started as a supervisor in a retirement home. Within 3 weeks, I knew I would do this for the rest of my life. 13 years later and it’s the best decision I ever made.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From celebrities to next door neighbors, we cater to all walks of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A group of eight ladies enjoying a three day getaway in Vegas, hired me to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for them in their AirBnB. An absolute wonderful experience all around. By the end of their stay, we had made such a great connection they offered to fly us out to come cook again for their next event!
