New customers are offered the option of custom created menus, event beverage planning and product pricing assistance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Event management has always been a passion of mine and in 2013 I made it a reality. I went home to my original location of Los Angeles and started training. After my course completion I went to work for brewery locations and pubs to understand beers. While working I was introduced to large event firms and the rest is history!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all kinds of customers. From large concert venues and 5 star event planners to backyard BBQ's, weddings and baby showers. To me all customers deserve the same level of quality.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

FIDM is one of my most favorite projects due to the colors and costumes but my most mention-able venue was a concert on the USS Iowa in 2017 with Brad Paisley and Dwight Yokum in loving memory of the lost 58 at Route 91.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they offer services that are clearly defined and meet ALL of your event needs!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The size of the venue headcount is very important. The type of guest attending also matters as tastes differ. Ambiance and presentation are a must for event service. And, of course, last but not least budget!
