What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Because each job is unique it is very hard to have set prices, but I will work with your budget and advise you on your best options in order to make sure it works with your budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I am available via email, phone, text or skype, whatever makes you feel comfortable to know that you are working with a reputable person. I will gather all information from you and start design immediately.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been doing graphic design for over 21 years, I currently work as a Production Manager in NY for a large format printer so I can help you with printing as well if needed. I've completed courses in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flexisign Pro and Enroute CAD program. I keep myself current with all upgrades to these programs as well.
