What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

-All bookings include bartender (1 or more depending on number of guest attending ) , garnishes for cocktails ( fruit , mint , flowers ect ) lime / lemon juices , and simple syrup - Edible images available for cocktails at an additional fee -If we provide the bar there is an additional fee - We offer alcoholic and non alcoholic specialty cocktails for events ( may be an additional fee ex. If the cocktail is smoked or a craft cocktail )

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I find out about the event and see how we can make cocktails to creative a vibe that matches your event . I pay attention to all details and see how your budget works with what you would like to achieve .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started bartending after college while working because I wanted extra money but ended up falling in love with the craft so I decided to make a business out of it !!!!!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with bridal parties , law firms , schools , doctors , college grads , fdny, children ( mocktails / non alcoholic ) , mothers to be , ect .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I worked a wedding and they had jumbo cocktails , and cocktails trees . It was very nice but they had 5 different cocktails per tree and it was 10 trees . It took a while to make all the cocktails and have them out big the time the event started.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be as detailed as possible about your expectations and request for your event . We are here to cater to you and your guest so make sure you let us know exactly what you want as far as services . No event is too small or too big for a bartender you just have to book the right one for your needs . Keep in mind what you are requesting from your bartender or server and if your budget allows it ( we can always work with your budget but more extravagant things or services will cost more ).

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

- What is a realistic budget for the things that I am requesting ? - Am I willing to add to my original budget to get exactly what I want if it is a little more ? - How many hours do I need my server or bartender ( consider set up time as well as the event time . If 3 hours is the amount of hours of the event and another 30 mins or hour is needed to setup . Include an extra 30 mins or ect . when booking ) - Am I ready to book this service at this moment ?
