What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing relates to the quality of work that our employees deserve in this industry. We provide a return on your investment and allow you to be worry free during your event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We need to get a grasp of the event, learn what exactly it is you need and generate a quote for the customer. A quick phone call normally answers all of this but we are happy to message as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We worked in the hospitality industry for 13+ years from bussing tables, catering, serving, cooking and bartending.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Jacob's father was a Columbus, Ohio restaurant tour and learned the trade of hospitality at a young age. Nick started working at one of the said restaurants as his first job and learned how to excel quickly. These two bonded as best friends and here they are now!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked birthday parties to corporate events. We have completed huge charity events in huge spaces and weddings.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

No matter how simple an event might sound, there is always the chance that problems will pop up. Pick a company that is experienced and willing to go the extra mile.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you need us to bring a bar? Do you need us to provide mixers ? Do we need to bring ice? How many bartenders do you need for our amount of people? Will I need help for set up and clean up? Are there any rentals I need for my party?
