My name is Robin and my Husband, Mike, we are both State Licensed to serve alcohol and we work together on all events. We are out of Springfield, Ohio.We have our own bar tools, coolers and muck tubs to keep drinks cold. We enjoy doing this, we have come down in our prices. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We let the customers know the price, for what they want done. We let them know that if they need extra time or supplies, that there would be an additional fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We except the work, then we set it up to talk to the client , either by phone, zoom, or actually meeting in person. We exchange phone numbers, we find out what the client wants. Then we let them know what we do, and what we don't do.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 4 years of college in Business. We are both State Licensed to handle bartending and food handling. This was a course that we both took ..We both took the State test, and passed. I took another course in coordinating and decorating. I received my certificate for that course, with high honors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had people come up to me, and ask if I knew of anyone who could do this type of work. I saw a demand, so my Husband and I took the State test for bartending and food handling.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have an assortment of people from different areas. All real good people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have done weddings, graduations, birthday parties. We have done bartending, food handling, some coordinating, some decorating.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We advice about carding under aged, or if they look under aged. About cutting people off, if they have had too much to drink. The plan that we have, when we stop serving quests , that is getting out of control. Have lots of water to serve in between drinks. Relax and enjoy your day.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

On how much alcohol is going to be brought in. Letting them know that they need plenty of water for people to drink. Make sure that they include in their presentation that they include if the venue needs insurance or not. This helps to know to bid or not.
