I have opened 4 restaurants and a bartender/trainer lead, RBS certified, licensed and insured, Bachelor's degree in business and education. CPR trained and certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a young single mom going to college bartending and waitressing was the fastest way to make money. I grew to love people and the looks on their faces when I made an amazing signature drink brought me to want to bring the experience to them .
