Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I have 3 different pkgs. at different prices.. Well is our least expensive and gives you a highly trained mixokogist for your event. Then there is our Call pkg, which is our middle of the road. It provides a bartender with all the bar equipment. Host would provide liquor, beer, wine, mixers and cups. Then we have our Premium pkg. we bring all the bar equipment, ice, cups, mixers, and garnishes. All the host would provide is the alcohol!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
To find out the clients expectations and budget. We have 3 different pkgs to choose from. The 1st we call the WELL pkg where the client provides everything needed. The bartender goes in an hour early and situates the bar set up in a high speed functioning manner. Then after service is over, they have an hour to clean it up to the way it looked prior to their use. The bar pkg is $50/hr per bartender. Our 2nd pkg is the CALL pkg..Bartender arrives to hours before service. Unloads all of our bar equipment including iced tables, coolers, liquor tier, ice bins, portable bar, beverage napkins and straws. And ofcourse service! Then at the end of the night the bartender has 2 hours to repack our equipment and box up the hosts product. Host is responsible for ice, cups, mixers, and garnishes. That pkg is $75/hr per bartender. 2nd bartender only needed with a head count over 200 ppl. Then our last but not least pkg, we provide everything except the beer wine and liquor. 3 hour set up time, we provide bar and all equipment, coolers, garnishes, cups and beverage napkins. All the host has to do is provide the liquor, beer, and wine! Then that takes approximately 3 hours to load, pack and clean everything up. Thats $150/ hr. per bartender

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Go for quality! A good bartender can make or break a party. You want someone that can carry on a conversation with a physician and a biker. You get what you pay for. Alot of "bartenders" have only worked in shot and beer bars. you want a bartender that can tell you if that's a sing malt or double malt scotch. or what they have in imported cordial. Not someone that's gonna ask you how to make a Presbyterian! Versatility is key! Hire a bartender that fits in at every occasion. Whether it be a wedding, a company event, or even a pig roast!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
what kind of bar you would like to have, what liquors need to be bought for what you'd like to serve. and if you'd like to have any signature drinks
