We are a dedicated, professional cocktail and waitstaff service company with our employees RAMP or TIPS certified. Our guests are most impressed by our creative mode of mixology because we use all natural ingredients in our cocktails, including 100% freshly squeezed juices. We offer 2 main types of packages: A) Serving your alcohol B) All-inclusive The price quoted here on Thumbtack is for Package A. Regardless of your package choice, our main priority is to provide you with exceptional service so that you can actually enjoy your event! We also have many rental options available to you. Our MOBILE TRAILER BAR is simply beautiful for any outdoor event! Our portable BARS are like no others in the area! We have 5’ or 10’ white illuminated bars or 6’ or 12’ wooden bars. We have glassware rentals, as well as tables (regular and high top), chairs, champagne carts, champagne walls, coffee station, dehydration station, acrylic sign holders, etc. Just ask so we can be your one stop party shop!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very fair and comes with certified bartenders and insurance. BE Events provides you with top quality service at reasonable pricing!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I reply immediately once a customer contacts me with their email address or phone number. After hearing the customers needs, a formal quote is sent on the first day of contact.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I possess RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) certifications in ownership as well as service. All of my bartenders are also RAMP or TIPS certified and highly trained via bartending academy’s.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been working with the public for over 20 years. I’ve always been a people person and thoroughly enjoy this line of work. Pleasing others is what I’m most passionate about in life!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. Private house parties, public halls, corporate events, fundraisers, etc. BE Events has no limitations on its clientele.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project I’m fond of was actually a non-alcoholic event! We organized an infused water station at the Susan G. Komen breast cancer walk at Great Adventure for 2000 survivors. Not only was it for a great cause, but it was so much fun creating the different infused waters and chatting with the survivors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would make sure that you are hiring a professional company and not just someone that bartends as a side job. I would also make sure that the bartenders are certified and that the company is insured. You get all of that with Barman Emporium Events!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should first decide on whether they want to provide their own alcohol or have the company provide it. Then they should think about what they want to offer their guests in terms of alcohol. They should think of any specific signature drinks they want to offer at their event. BE Events can then create a customized drink sign for the bar to display the drink selections for their guests.
