What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process is to first set up a call with the new customer. This way I have a better idea of what they are looking for. Once that is complete and they have decided to move forward, I will send a questionnaire to be complete so I can work on a contract to be signed and agreed upon by both parties. I think this gives both professional and potential customer reassurance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

RAMP certified. Fully insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Love dealing with people and the public in general. Love talking and meeting with people. Also, my love for planning and prepping! I have been working for a hotel for the past few years and my passion for bartending prompted me to start my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Weddings, birthday parties, private parties, conventions, special events, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am most fond of a wedding that I was booked for an entire weekend. From the rehearsal dinner to the reception! I had 4 different bar locations/ set ups throughout the weekend. It was an honor to be able to spend the whole weekend with some awesome people.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice would to make sure any professional you are thinking of is is RAMP certified and has insurance. You should be able to request this information if you are thinking of hiring a professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Please note that I can not sell alcohol. I serve the alcohol and drinks that you supply. I am more than happy to assist you with finding beverage suppliers and quantities. I can not confirm your event date until a deposit is received.
