What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I choose not to list pricing as a flat rate, because each event is as unique as your budget. Weekend evenings/holidays are more expensive than weekdays. Always offer discounts to loyal/repeat clients!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Asking a lot questions so that both my client and I have a mutual understanding of the pace of the event, guest expectations, and how I can best be utilized.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over a decade of hospitality work. TABC and Serve Safe certified. Bachelors degree. various degrees of hospitality training, eg. Hotels, clubs, tourist destinations, high volume, etc. Great conversation and party starter too!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Well, I graduated with a degree in Sociology and Religion with a minor concentration in Political Science. And unless I become an author, professor, go into research, or decide to run politics, what better way to utilize all degrees?!? All kidding aside, I enjoy my work and have a passion for excellence and superseding guest expectation by blowing away my clients with my presentation, product, and service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Corporate, private, celebrities, all kinds! Everyone has their own way of engaging, my job is to make sure you have fun!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every project is a unique experience to showcase skills and have a great time! The best projects are kept confidential at my clients request. Let’s just say I like to “shake things up,” or maybe “stir in a good time!” Oh, bar humor! To better answer the question, time commitment to each project is unique.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My prices are not cheap, as the quality of work and ingredients I bring to the table are not common. Many years of experience, various hospitality concepts and strategies have given me the necessary skills to elevate your event and leave your guests satisfied and wanting more!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Lots of things, but this is my part of the deal. You are my client and I want to ensure you are taken care of from start to finish. I ask a lot of questions so that the event date is stress-free.
