What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I know sometimes things get delayed or postponed so I am lenient about delays so i require a deposit of 23% of my surcharge but in the event of having to postpone to a later date I charge 6% more than original price

the main question that I would ask if I were a customer is, Do you provide the alcohol?, if so how much would that cost if I'm not able to get the alcohol myself and will you be presenting a receipt 4 what was purchased? Also is it okay for me to provide a list of drinks that I would like to have served?
