Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing includes local travel 15-20 miles of Cleveland Tx, Garnishes, Ice, set up, and clean up unless otherwise specified.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When a new client inquires about our bartending services, we start by gathering the event details - such as date, location, guest count, and hours of service. Once we understand your vision, we'll send over a custom quote based on your needs. From there, we finalize your drink menu, go over and add-ons (like signature cocktails, drink toppers, pr custom bar decor), and lock in the booking with a deposit. On the day of the event, we arrive early to set up, handle all bartending services with professionalism and personality, and clean up our area afterward - leaving you with nothing to worry about.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are equipped with bartenders that have over 2+ years of experience and have hours of classes done that are certified with a TABC license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I began working in high-end restaurants at 17, where I developed a passion for mixology by studying drink menus and learning flavor combinations. From ages 18 to 21, I bartended at local nightclubs along Houston’s Washington Avenue, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. After taking a four-year break to raise my daughter and two sons, I felt the pull to return to the industry I love. That passion led me to launch my own mobile bartending business—allowing me to balance motherhood while staying connected to my roots in mixology and creative drink crafting.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including corporate businesses, private home parties, event hall owners, and grand openings. Each event has allowed me to tailor the bartending experience to fit the unique needs of the occasion—whether it's creating a polished atmosphere for a corporate function or bringing a fun, personalized touch to an intimate celebration.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent project I’m especially proud of was setting up my trailer bar for a graduation party. It was a fun, vibrant event that gave me the chance to showcase the full mobile bar experience. From customizing the drink menu to decorating the setup to match the celebratory vibe, I handled everything from start to finish. The planning and preparation took about a week, including coordinating with the client on their vision, sourcing ingredients, and prepping the trailer. The final result was a seamless, stylish setup that made the grad and their guests feel celebrated. Seeing everyone enjoy the drinks and atmosphere made it incredibly rewarding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
If you’re looking to hire a bartender or mobile bar service, my biggest advice is to look beyond just the drink list. Ask about the provider’s experience, licensing or certifications (like TABC in Texas), and how they handle different types of events. Make sure they can tailor their service to your needs—whether it’s a corporate event, private party, or something more casual. Also, pay attention to their professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to communicate clearly. A great bartender doesn’t just serve drinks—they elevate the experience and help your event run smoothly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1. What type of event are you hosting? Is it a wedding, birthday, corporate event, or private gathering? The vibe and expectations can change based on the type of event. 2. How many guests are you expecting? This helps determine how many bartenders you'll need and how much product to prepare. 3. Will you need a full-service bar setup? Think about whether you want just a bartender or a full mobile bar with equipment, glassware, mixers, and garnishes. 4. Do you want a custom drink menu or signature cocktails? Knowing your vision for the drinks helps the bartender create a personalized experience. 5. What's your budget? Having a rough budget in mind helps the professional suggest options that work within your range. 6. Do you need help with alcohol shopping or permits? Some services offer shopping lists, pickup, or guidance on what’s needed for your event to be legally compliant. -- Thinking through these questions ahead of time will make your consultation more productive and ensure the bartender can bring your vision to life. --
