What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge $45 an hr if a tip jar is allowed and $65 an hr if one is not. We also rent portable led multi-colored light up bars and liquor displays for $150 a night!! Not bad!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have a user friendly website that allows for the customer to chose services and add-ons easily. Once this has been done we keep in constant contact with the client, planner or host as well as visit the venue previous to the event date to ensure no last minute surprises

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I obtained my bartending license from Crescent City Bartending School in 2001. I have 21 years experience in bartending and 10 years experience in events. I have attended multiple training and bar consultant classes for successful interactions with guests that are appropriate and respectful while still having fun. I have also been attending learning seminars (like Tales of the Cocktail) for several years. We are knowledgable in wine, beer and spirits.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began bartending 21 years ago and would often do parties and weddings that were unorganized and the bartenders could care less about the event's success. I formed a group of highly qualified and thoughtful bartenders that focus on detail and presentation.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We go above and beyond!! During our most recent wedding the bride decided to plan herself and last minute details were left out. We went to our storage unit and grabbed linens as well as an extra bar at no additional charge. We also went to get ice last minute and a knife to cut her wedding cake. She hired a family member as her second bartender. We also cleaned the family members bar area after the wedding because she just left and the bride would've been charged a cleanup fee. We deliver quality from start to end no matter what!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be careful of small details that may cost you in the end. Some venues charge if clean up is not done properly. We guarantee clean up of entire bar area and any other areas used by our company. We want your event to flow smoothly and the bar is a big part of that. We specialize in presentation and are proud of our work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Small details matter!! Cutting boards, fruit trays, juicers, shakers, napkin trays, linens, knives,... Etc..
