Introduction

Hi there! My name is Hilaria but I go by Lilly. I have been bartending for 11 years. My top priority is for every guest to have a good time. I’m fast at making tasty drinks and I'm lucky to be able to be put in a crowd and entertain a wide range of people. I respect the homes/venues that I work at. I make sure to be on time and help out if they need an extra hand. (Tabc #10136309 exp. 7/2026)

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Events are charged based on several factors. The amount of guests attending, the amount of time bartending, travel fee, and cups/garnishes/napkins/straws needed for drinks. Rate starts at $55/ hour. -The accurate amount of guests for an event is required. I can make mocktails and serve soft drinks for minors or anyone who does not want to consume alcoholic beverages.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I prefer to know as mush as possible about the event and what the client wants to achieve. Making their event memorable is top priority. l like to know the types of beverages that the guests will enjoy. Also, I like to know the schedule for the day so that any drinks needed for a certain time (ex. toasts) can be ready.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
As of 2022, it will be 11 years of bartending. Most of my experience is from restaurants and in 2015 I started working private events. Over the years of working at different places it has given me a lot of knowledge. I keep up with fellow bartenders and groups to learn new recipes. Tabc Certification #9019396

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
It started in 2010 as a way to support my child, as I was a new single parent. I realized I enjoyed bartending so much, it didn't really seem like a job. I love to meet new people and engage with them. In 2018 I remarried and had another child and I would bartend and do private events. Currently, I only work private events part time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types! That's the best part. To be able and communicate with a wide range of people from different parts of the world is really an experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently bartended a 60th birthday party spring 2022. It was an outdoor event beautifully decorated. The atmosphere felt amazing. There was a caterer, server, musician, and I. We all worked so well together and I believe we made the birthday girl and her guests feel really special.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be prepared to actually enjoy your event. Most host's never get to eat or relax in their own events. Having a bartender will help everyone to mingle and ultimately entertain guests.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What type of event do I want? What is the budget? (Most bartenders charge $60+/hr.) How many people will be attending? How much liquor/mixers should the host buy? (Get an idea of how much your guests will drink. Including non-alcoholic's) How many hours of bartending serve do I need?
