What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

our pricing includes a professionally trained bartender. It also includes our coolers, Bartending tools, set up, clean up, and a customized drink.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer a free consultation where we can go over what you are looking for. We like to see if we need to come up with a custom drink for the event. We can meet up in person or schedule a FaceTime meeting/Phone meeting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been bartending for over 15 years. We are professionally trained and provide top notch service. We all have our sips and tips, insurance and we are a licensed business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started our working in the local bars and would get hired out sporadically for events. We decided to open an entertainment company that specializes in Bartenders, Photographers and DJ's since we are incredibly experienced in all 3 of those areas.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everyone from Weddings, Birthday Parties, Quinceanera’s, Grand Openings, Festivals, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The company Thumbtack had some events and hired us to bartend it! Their building is beautiful and everyone was so nice!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are licensed and insured. Also make sure they are knowledgeable and can customize for your particular event.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Licensed and insured is a must when working with bartenders in Utah. You also have to make sure each bartender has their sips and tips since this is also a requirement in Utah. You typically want to plan on each drinker at your event drinking one drink per hour. Some will drink more, some will drink less this math has worked for all of our events though.
