What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is based on my 20+ years of event industry experience. I strive to be the best, not necessarily the cheapest. All 5 Star Reviews across multiple sights!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communication. Understanding the event and what my client would like to achieve. We work together to plan the menu items and what is needed for the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got involved in both acting and event performing at a young age and worked as a bartender off and on for many years in my early 20's. Being outgoing, engaging with clients and guests, ensuring people are having a great time, making people laugh or smile... it just comes natural for me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From celebrities to senators! I have worked with both large, corporate clients, as well as individual clients to help make their private parties and special events unforgettable! I have worked at countless country clubs, museums, private homes and even boats over the years greeting guests, serving wine and specialty cocktails, passing hors d'oeuvres and even assisting with clean-up.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Where to begin?! It's been a busy season! I just had a fabulous time greeting guests and creating specialty cocktails (in costume!) at a private residence for a 50th Birthday celebration. Their home already had a beautiful bar set-up and the clients and guests were amazing! I arrived well over an hr. early to get set up, familiarize myself with the bar and cut up fresh garnishes. I would say 5+ hrs. start to finish for that birthday celebration. I received raving reviews!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to communicate clearly what your needs and expectations are. Your number of expected guests are especially important.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What supplies are needed, exact date and time, number of guests, to name a few.
