What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is customized for each client. We base our pricing on hours of service, number of guests, type of drinks being served and if any custom or specialty cocktails are requested, additional products or service add ons, our business expenses (liability insurance, etc) and travel if required. We pride ourselves in proving top quality service at a fair price for those services and products!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We feel that communication is the key to a successful, fun and stress free event. We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss the details of the clients event so we can understand what they are looking to get out of our service and their event. We then spend time working behind the scenes, taking direction from the client and their wants and needs and use our expertise to come up with a plan and custom ideas to present to the client for review and finalize plans. We aren’t satisfied until the client is satisfied with the menu and the plan and will work diligently until that happens and the final plan for the event can move forward and be put into action.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Although this is a new business venture for us we have several combined years experience in bartending, event planning, custom cocktail creation, business management and most importantly customer service! We believe exemplary customer service is at the heart of our business model.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We were looking for a fun way to service and interact with people in a meaningful and memorable way and expand on something we already loved to do! What better way to meet new people, have fun and meaningful interactions that will create lasting memories for so many people and do what we love at the same time! Starting a mobile bartending business has been the best way to accomplish all these things and we are so happy we did!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of clients! From personal events at someone’s home, corporate office events, weddings, holidays, birthdays, casual, professional, formal, small, medium and large events. We do it all! We love the variety of clients, venues and events that come with owning and operating a mobile bartending business!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a mobile bartender or bartending team, look for people passionate about what they are doing, people that are looking to provide great quality service and that truly want to listen to what you’re looking for and how best to make that happen so you will have a memorable, stress free and fun event that you and your guests will be talking about again and again!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Some of the most important things we need to know to provide top quality and customized service is: What is your event for? What is the vibe (casual/formal)? How many people are you planning to have? Where is your event located (private or public venue)? What type of drinks are you wanting to provide? Do you want any customized or specialty drinks? Will you have people there that need non alcoholic options that you want provided? What is your budget? Thinking about these things will give you a direction of what kind of questions you might need to ask us.
