What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We work closely with our clients, providing tips and information to help their events run smoothly from the start of the planning process. We can be as involved as our client wishes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our owner has 6 years of experience in the industry and provides the staff with hands-on training. Our bartenders are certified through the Serv Safe exam and some of them hold Operators Licenses.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We saw a need for this type of company in the Madison area.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of clients. Our events have ranged in parties of 10 all the way to parties of 1,000 guests.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every project is different. We cater to each clients needs specifically.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get quotes, talk with the staff, and make sure that you are receiving responses in a timely fashion. Also be sure to check out reviews on Google, Thumbtack, Theknot.com, and Facebook.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about the variety of beverages you would like to offer and how many guests will be over 21. Think about how many bartenders you would like to have. Less bartenders can create lines at the bar and no one likes to have to wait to get a beverage!
