What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with an initial consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and event details for the bartending experience. From there, we collaborate with you to design a personalized drink menu that reflects your tastes and preferences. After finalizing the menu, we handle all logistics, including beverage sourcing, staffing, and event setup. On the day of your event, we provide on-site bartending services and full beverage catering to ensure everything runs smoothly. Throughout the process, we maintain close communication to ensure your experience is seamless and unforgettable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are TIPS certified (Training for Intervention Procedures), allowing us to responsibly manage alcohol service and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests at events. This certification, combined with our hands-on experience, enables us to deliver a professional and safe bartending service every time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for creating memorable bartending experiences. Over the years, I gained invaluable experience working in various aspects of the industry, from bartending to event catering. This hands-on background inspired me to start my own mobile bartending service, Tipsy Gypsy, where I can blend my love for hospitality with my creativity to craft unique, personalized events for my clients.

We have had the pleasure of working with a wide range of customers, including couples celebrating weddings, families hosting graduations, and those planning holiday gatherings. We've also provided bartending services for casual events like BBQs and more intimate, personalized celebrations. No matter the occasion, we focus on tailoring the bartending experience to fit the unique needs and preferences of each client, ensuring every event is a memorable one.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project I’m especially fond of was a wedding reception where we set up a fun, interactive cocktail bar. The setup took about 3 hours, but the results were well worth it. Guests loved customizing their drinks with different mixers and garnishes, making it a big hit. It was a unique, personalized touch that added a lot of fun and flavor to the event, and I’m proud to have been part of making it so special!
