What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My goal is to provide hard working families an option to buy window shutters at an affordable price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I can take measurements over the phone or in person. If a customer wants to move forward we meet briefly to discuss product options and to obtain accurate sizes for the shutters.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was previously a District Manager at T-Mobile for 13 years. I have extensive experience in providing exceptional customer service. I am an authorized, licensed Dealer for Sunland Shutters and I also have to product in my home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Husband sells residential windows and the 2 of us have decided that we will provide his customers with the option to add shutters once their windows are installed.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently drove out to Cathedral City to help a couple who wanted shutters for their entire home. It was a bit outside of how far I drive but for the right customers I will go the extra mile:)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Definitely obtain quotes from either Home Depot or Lowes. You want to make sure that you are getting the best possible price as well as the best customer service. Also look at our website to get a better understanding how amazing our product is.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For shutters it is important to know if you want a traditional or more modern look for your home. I offer 2 different styles. Hidden tilt and tilted rod. The hidden tilt is my favorite, it is less traditional but it is beautiful. The tilted rod would be for someone with a very traditional looking home.
