We offer a great range of quality shades, blinds and drapery, from cellular to roller/solar shades, roman shades and any custom designed curtains. We have some of the fastest installation times: 2 weeks for blinds and shades and 4-6 weeks for drapery. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have three levels of pricing for our drapery depending on the type of material and the hardware the client chooses. Our price matching policy on similar materials give peace of mind to our customers. We offer free video or in home consultations, free installation and shipping with purchase of minimum $2000.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We respect our customers' time and that's why we offer 45 min free video consultations, that help us understand the project, customer's requirements and preferences, but also helps customer understand if it's a fit. The same day or sometimes even during the consultation, customer receives a ball park cost estimation as well as link to samples that the designer believes fit best based on the video conversation. If customer decides it's a GO, we come to measure and sign on the final price quote. The lead time from when the order was placed is between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on seasonality.
