To provide you with the best service quality, we have made installation and measurement services free of charge. After taking your window measurements, we start the production process of the curtains in our own factory. After the production process for your windows is completed, we start installing your curtains. This process takes a maximum of 10 days. Most of the time, this process is completed much earlier than this time period.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are one of the Turkish company here in Miami FL. Our price is almost half of the market but the quality is 3 times better than the market. As a Turkish people, we produce the best quality fabrics in the world.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First of all, we set an appointment to show our products and give an estimate. This service is completely free. After we price, we prepare our agreement to start preparing your blinds. Installation takes a maximum of 10 days.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been doing this business for more than 10 years. Also, we have our factory. We sell our product to Canada, USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been doing this business in Turkey for a long time. We just want you to also have quality blinds in your home so we decide to bring this service here. Last year My Blinds Market was selected as the best service provider in the USA.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of the time we do work with homeowners. At the same time, we also work with business owners as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our last project was with one of our homeowner's customer. He had 25 windows. We prepared 25 blinds for his house. This project took 6 days to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I recommend you check the fabrics. Fabric should be a good one and blackout. If you choose a blackout one for your house, you will save a lot of money on your electric bill. Also, please ask your provider to prepare your blinds according to the motorized system. If they prepare your blinds in normal shape, in the feature, you will not have a chance to put motors in your blinds.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

First, you should ask about the quality of the fabrics. Installation should not take more than 2 weeks.
