What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have very competetive pricing and offer a range of price points to meet your budget. We will be happy to look at matching a price you receive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You can book easily with us online, ************************. Once you reach out we will book a complimentary in-home consultation with our design consultant. At that meeting we will take measurements, show you a range of products to fit your needs and give you a quote on the spot. If you like the proposal (and we think you will) you can approve the job and we can schedule the installation. It's easy and efficient for you!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our Design Consultant, Dino Coppi, is fully trained in the window treatment area. He knows the products and is very personable. He will help you decide on the right solution for your home. We use two very qualified installers, each with over 20 years of experience. We gurantee the products and the installation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our Bumble Bee Business is part of a nationwide network of outlets. The Buckhead location was founded by Randy and Brendan O'Connor, a father and son team. Brendan has a long track record with service-based companies and started this business as a new step in his career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with a wide variety of clients including residential and commercial settings. From classic to contemporary, we have options that suit your needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We will be happy to discuss our experience with you. The design consultation takes a couple of hours. Once you approve the project at that meeting, we order the materials, which can take 3 to 6 weeks to arrive. We will be happy to install free temporary blinds during our initial consultation if you need an immediate solution while waiting for materials to arrive. The installation time depends on the size of the project but typically can be done 1-5 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's important to select a provider who has a wide choice of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery and can offer a range of price points. You will want to make sure they have experienced, insured installers. You may want to know if they offer financing options. We meet these qualifications and are also unique in that we do the measurements during our design consultation, so we can provide a proposal in a single visit. Some providers require a second visit to your home to measure.

What is your budget for the project? Do you have a preference over blinds, shutters, shades or drapery? How quickly do you need to have the job completed? We can be very flexible on pricing and can also help you narrow down the wide range of choices in treatments to make the selection process easier for you.
