What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We accept Cash, personal check, credit/debit cards via Square, Cash App, Zelle and Venmo. The estimate is free, there is an extra discount of 10% off the total price if we contract within 24 hours. Materials and labor are included in the final price; both are guaranteed (further explanation in final contract). There is an inspection fee not related to the estimation for repairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is to answer your call within an hour after contact is initiated. A written proposal and contract will be easy to understand while being detailed. We ensure to answer questions before beginning work to ease your mind. This is an important expense, we want to make sure you are satisfied. Our work is guaranteed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was always fixing and painting things since the age of 8. In school I was fortunate to meet somwone who provided training and gave me my first job. I still work with him today as partners. I have a passion for helping and being on the roof is my way of taking care of my community.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers with all types of budgets. Churches, gas stations, funeral homes, condos, landlords, the elderly and disabled. Our goal is to universally provide quality repair and maintenance services for all Chicagoans who need us!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I checked a job for a 2 1/2 house, the roof needed repairing 10 years before i touched it. The 2nd floor apartment sustained water damage and leaking from the front to the back. We repaired the roof and fixed the inside damage to the ceilings, we even painted. The homeowner still calls for our services with siding, gutters, soffit repair and flooring. She just calls, well that was a 1 year ago. I married her sister July 2020, she was the resident of the 2nd floor apartment😁

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would always want a customer to understand the repair and maintence of their property is an investment. Especially the roof, it is your protection. If you are going to cut corners you are potentially ruining your investment. Be it monetary or leaving a legacy for your family, make sure you are protecting that by hiring a knowledgeable, reliable and friendly professionals like us!
